We started SendToShop after watching shop staff spend ten minutes on every customer’s phone. Our aim is simple: one scan, and the files are there.

What we make

SendToShop is software for photo shops, print and copy shops, passport photo studios and framers. A customer scans the QR code on the counter, picks photos or documents in their phone’s browser and sends them; the Shop app on the shop’s Windows or Mac PC saves them to a folder in full quality, under an order number. There is no app for customers to install, and nobody hands over a phone or a WhatsApp number. See how it works.

Who runs it

SendToShop is made and run by a small company registered in India, which sells it to shops in the UK, Europe, India and elsewhere. The company’s name, registered office and tax number are in our terms and on every invoice.

How we treat your customers’ files

Files go to the shop the customer chose and nowhere else. Location data is removed from photos, our staff cannot open customer files, and our copy is deleted once the shop’s PC has the file, or after 7 days at most. We take no payments from customers and show no adverts. The privacy policy has the detail, and the product facts page lists what the product does and does not do.
