What is the best customer photo upload software for a photo studio?

Look for three things: full-resolution originals, nothing for the customer to install, and files that reach your lab software by themselves. SendToShop does all three: customers scan a QR and send from the phone’s browser, and every photo lands in a hot folder your Noritsu, Fujifilm or DNP software can pick up.

Can customers choose their print sizes and crop their photos?

Yes. List your sizes and products (6×4, 7×5, canvas, with options like Gloss or Matte). Customers pick a size and copies for each photo, crop it to fit and can rotate or brighten it on their phone; the Shop app saves a print-ready copy at that size, and you can fix the crop before printing.

How do I transfer photos from a customer’s phone to the computer?

Without cables or Bluetooth: the customer scans your counter QR and sends the photos, and they arrive on your PC in a dated folder under their order number. iPhone HEIC photos get a JPG copy, and the originals are kept.

Is there wireless photo transfer for a photo studio with no signal?
