Billing questions

Do you charge tax?

Prices include any tax we charge, so what you see is what you pay. Rupee prices include GST at 18%, and Indian businesses get GST tax invoices with their GSTIN. If you give us a UK or EU VAT number, invoices note the reverse charge.

Is there a charge per photo or order?

No. You pay one flat price a month (or a year), however many photos your customers send.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Choose a plan to keep everything. If you do nothing, your shop moves to the Free plan: about 30 orders a month, with nothing deleted.

What if a payment fails?

We email you and keep your plan working for 7 days while you update your payment details. After that the shop moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, then moves to Free.

Which cards do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express through Razorpay, or PayPal.
