Passport and ID studios: common questions

How can customers send a passport photo to my studio?

They scan your counter QR and send the selfie from the camera roll, in full resolution. The quality badge tells you before you crop whether it has enough pixels for 35 × 45 mm.

Can I offer passport and visa photo sizes?

Yes. Add your own sizes, such as 35×45 mm, as products with your prices. Customers choose one, crop the photo to it on their phone, and you can check and adjust the crop in the Shop app before printing.

Can customers send ID documents as well?

Yes. With documents turned on they can send PDFs and photos of documents. Files are deleted from our cloud as soon as your PC has them.
