Tell a customer their order is ready
The message is written for you, with the customer’s first name, their order number and your shop’s name. It opens in WhatsApp, your messages app or your email, so it comes from you.

Ask for a phone number or email
On app.sendtoshop.com, open Settings → Customer details and set Phone number or Email address to Optional or Required.

Press “Tell … it’s ready”
When the order is done, press the button on the order: it says “Tell Oliver it’s ready”, with the customer’s first name. It is in the Shop app and on the dashboard, on the order and on its row in the list.

Choose how
Pick WhatsApp, SMS or Email. The message opens ready to send: “Hi Oliver, your order A27 is ready to collect at Highgate Photo.”
