How SendToShop works
SendToShop is a QR code on your counter and an app on your PC. Customers scan, pick photos, and the files save themselves to a folder. Nobody installs anything on their phone.
For your customer

Scan
Your customer scans the QR on your counter. No app to install.

Pick photos
They choose photos or documents (videos and audio on Pro). If you ask, they pick the print size, finish and copies, crop or brighten each photo, and see the estimated price. Sending starts straight away, in full quality.

Sent
They get a number, like A27. The files are already in a folder on your PC.
For you, at the counter

A27 pops up on your board while the photos are still arriving.

Files in a folder
Saved to a dated folder such as 2026-09-30/A27_Oliver, ready for your print software, with a copy cropped to each size they chose and a note of their print choices.

Work through the day
Start an order and it moves to Processing now, then Ready to collect. Collect later and Delivered today sit at the side, and every order has an Order ID, like #1042, that never repeats.

Print, then tell them
The quality badge tells you what will print well. When it’s done, one click tells the customer by WhatsApp, text or email, and the counter TV shows their number.
