Set up Wi-Fi mode

Wi-Fi mode lets phones send photos straight to your shop PC over your own Wi-Fi, with no internet needed. It is part of Pro.

1. 1

   Turn it on

   In the shop app, open Settings → Receiving and set “How customers send” to Both. Your main QR keeps using mobile data, and a “No signal?” box on the standee uses your Wi-Fi.

   Give the PC a fixed IP address

   The Wi-Fi QR code contains the PC’s address on your network. Reserve that address in your router so the printed QR keeps working after a restart.

   Allow it through the firewall

   The installer adds a Windows Firewall rule for private networks. If Windows asks, allow SendToShop on private networks.

   Print the standee with the Wi-Fi box

   In the shop app’s QR screen, choose “Print standee with Wi-Fi box”. It is made on the PC, so your Wi-Fi password never leaves it.

   Test from a phone

   Join the shop Wi-Fi with your phone, scan the Wi-Fi QR and send a photo.
