Test Wi-Fi mode from a phone
Do this once after setting up Wi-Fi mode, and again after any change to your router.

Join the shop Wi-Fi
Turn mobile data off on your phone so the test cannot use it, and join the same Wi-Fi as the shop PC.

Scan the Wi-Fi QR
Scan the Wi-Fi QR in the shop app’s QR screen, or the “No signal?” box on your printed standee.

Send a photo
Pick a photo and send it. The order appears on the board with a W, X, Y or Z number, such as W05.

If the phone can’t reach the PC
The phone says “Can’t reach the shop’s computer”. See the guide on phones that can’t reach the PC.
