Show ready orders on a counter TV
The counter TV shows order numbers only, never names or phone numbers, so customers can see from across the shop when theirs is ready.

Turn it on
On app.sendtoshop.com, open Settings → Display and choose Turn on under Counter TV display. You get a private link.

Open the link on the screen
Open the link in the browser of a smart TV, a spare monitor or a tablet at the counter, and make it full screen. It needs no sign-in: the link is the key.

Pick its colours
Under Screen colours, choose one of five themes: the one that reads best from where customers stand. The Shop app has the same choice under Settings → Display.

What it shows
Ready to collect on one side, with a chime when an order becomes ready, and Being prepared on the other: the orders staff are working on first, then the rest in the order they came, a little fainter. With In-shop only on, it also shows today’s code.

If the link gets out
Choose Make a new link. The old link stops working at once, so open the new one on the screen.
