Run several shops with Multi-branch

Multi-branch is a plan for owners with more than one shop. Each branch is a full shop of its own, and your main shop pays for all of them.

   Add a branch

   On app.sendtoshop.com, open Branches in your main shop. Under “Add a branch”, type the branch name and its area and town, then choose Add branch. It starts with your main shop’s country, time zone and settings. You can add up to 4 branches.

   Switch between shops

   Choose Switch shop on the shop card in the sidebar, or Open on a branch in Branches. Every page then shows that shop: its orders, settings, PCs and team.

   See every shop at once

   Branches shows each shop’s orders today, how many are waiting and ready, and how many of its PCs are online.

   Find an order in any shop

   Under “Find an order” on Branches, search by token, name, phone, email or note. Every shop is searched, and Open takes you to the order in its own shop.

   Set up each branch

   Switch to the branch, then print its own QR standee from QR & standee, pair its PCs with a code from Devices, and invite its staff from Team. Settings you change in one shop do not change the others; to give every branch your main shop’s settings, choose Copy settings to branches… on Branches. Each branch keeps whether its customers send by cloud or Wi-Fi.

   Billing

   Only your main shop has a plan and invoices; branches are billed with it. If your main shop leaves Multi-branch, its branches move to Free and keep working.

   Remove a branch

   In your main shop, open Branches and choose Remove… on the branch, then type your password. Its orders, cloud files, link and QR code go and its PCs are signed out; files already on its PCs stay there. Remove your branches before you delete your main shop’s account.
