New: a counter TV, “it’s ready” messages and staff accounts
Short answer: SendToShop now covers the whole visit, not just the files. A counter TV shows which orders are ready, one click tells the customer by WhatsApp, SMS or email, the Shop app prints to your colour or black & white printer, and staff get their own sign-in.
A counter TV for ready orders
Open a private link on any TV, spare monitor or tablet at the counter. It shows the orders that are ready to collect, with a chime, and the queue being prepared. It shows order numbers only, never names or phone numbers, in one of five colour themes.
Tell them it’s ready
Each order has a “Tell Oliver it’s ready” button, in the Shop app and on the dashboard. It opens WhatsApp, SMS or email with the message already written, so customers stop asking at the counter whether their prints are done.
Print from the Shop app
Pick an order’s files and press Print. Choose Colour or Black & white and the number of copies, and the files go to the printer you set up for each. The Shop app can also copy every saved photo into your print program’s hot folder.
Order types and in-shop only
Ask customers what each order is for, such as photo prints, photocopies or passport photos, and see it in colour on every order. If strangers send junk, turn on In-shop only: customers then need today’s 4-digit code from your counter, and you can block a sender in one click.
Staff, branches and a print kit
Invite up to 9 staff with their own sign-in; Settings, Billing and Devices stay yours. Multi-branch runs up to 5 shops on one bill with a view of every branch. And the QR page now has a print kit: 15 designs for standees, posters, stickers and QR images, with your logo on Pro.

No. The counter TV, ready messages, printing, order types, in-shop only, staff accounts and the print kit are on every plan. Your own logo, videos and audio are part of Pro, and branches are part of Multi-branch.
