A customer can’t find their order number
Customers often close the page before they reach the counter. The number is not lost.

Scan your QR again
On the same phone and browser, your page shows “Your last order” with the number. “Show” brings back the full-screen number.

If it is not there
The phone only remembers the last order sent to your shop, and private browsing may not remember anything.

Find it on your board
Ask for their name and the time they sent. The board shows the name (if given) and how many photos each order has.
