A customer’s file won’t send
The phone checks each file before sending it and tells the customer why it was refused.
About 3 minutes.

The type is not accepted
Photos (JPG, JFIF, HEIC, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF, TIFF, BMP), camera RAW files (DNG, CR2, CR3, NEF, ARW, ORF, RAF, RW2), Photoshop files (PSD, PSB) and design files (Illustrator AI, EPS, CorelDRAW CDR) are accepted while “Accept photos” is on, as it is at first. RAW, Photoshop and design files are often large: raise the largest file size in your receiving settings if customers send them. Documents need “Accept documents”: PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OpenDocument, RTF, text and CSV files. Videos (MP4, MOV, M4V, 3GP, WebM, MKV, AVI, WMV, MPG) and audio (MP3, M4A, AAC, WAV, OGG, Opus, FLAC, AMR, WMA, AIFF) need Pro and “Accept videos” or “Accept audio”. Programs, archives, web pages, SVG images and macro-enabled Office files are always refused.
- 2
The file is too big
The customer sees “File over 50 MB” (or your limit). Raise the limit in your receiving settings, up to 200 MB.
- 3
Too many files
One order takes up to 200 files. The customer can send the rest in a new order.
- 4
Some files didn’t send
After a few tries the phone says which files didn’t send and offers Retry, or “Send without them”.
