Print from the Shop app

The Shop app prints straight from an order, so nobody has to find the files in a folder first.

   Choose your printers

   In the Shop app, open Settings → Printing and choose your Colour printer and your Black & white printer. Send a test page to check each one.

   Check and edit photos first

   Open a photo the customer chose a size for and choose Check and edit: you see it as it will print. Fix the crop, straighten it or adjust its colour and sharpness; the shop app saves a print-ready copy for that size next to the original.

   Pick files and press Print

   Open an order, pick the files you want (or open one file’s details) and press Print. Nothing prints until you press Send to printer.

   Colour or black & white

   Choose Colour for photos or Black & white for documents and forms, set the copies of each file, and press Send to printer. Other printer sends them to any printer on this computer.

   Or let your print software pick them up

   Turn on “Send to print software” in Settings and choose your print program’s hot folder. Each saved photo is also copied there, named with the order number, such as A27_IMG_4521.jpg. If you ask customers for sizes, you can send each photo’s cropped print copy instead of the original: choose Print copies under the hot folder. A print copy goes in once it is made, and again if you change it in Check and edit.
