Where orders are saved, and how files are named

The shop app saves each order into its own folder inside the save folder you chose, so your print software and your staff always know where to look.

1. 1

   One folder per day, one per order

   Orders go into a folder for the day, then one for the order: 2026-09-30/A27_Oliver, or just A27 when the customer gave no name.

2. 2

   File names

   Files keep the name they had on the phone, with characters Windows does not allow replaced. If two files share a name, the second becomes “name (2)”.

   Only complete files

   Files download into a hidden .sendtoshop folder first and move into the order’s folder only when complete.

   Change the save folder

   In the shop app, open Settings → Files and choose “Change folder”. New orders go to the new folder.
