Orders while the shop PC is off or offline
Customers send to the cloud, not straight to your PC, so orders keep coming in while the PC is off or the internet is down.

Orders wait in the cloud
Files are kept for up to 7 days, so a PC switched off for a weekend, or a week’s holiday, misses nothing. When the shop app comes back online it catches up by itself and saves everything to the folder.

The app shows it is offline
The board says “Internet down. New orders will arrive when you’re back online.” With Wi-Fi mode on, Wi-Fi orders keep working without the internet.

After 7 days
Files that no PC fetched are deleted, and the order shows “Files deleted” on the dashboard. Ask the customer to send again.

Check when the PC was last seen
On app.sendtoshop.com, Devices shows when each PC last connected. We also email you if a PC has not connected for 3 days, while its orders are still waiting.
