Uninstall the shop app

Uninstalling removes the program only. The files it saved stay in your save folder, and your shop account is untouched.

   Sign the PC out first

   In the shop app, Settings → Devices → “Sign out this PC”, so the PC leaves your Devices page and does not count towards your plan. Skipped this? Remove the PC on app.sendtoshop.com → Devices instead.

   Windows

   Settings → Apps → Installed apps → SendToShop → Uninstall. This also removes the firewall rule the installer added.

   Mac

   Quit SendToShop from its menu bar icon, then drag it from Applications to the Bin. To stop it starting at login, also remove it under System Settings → General → Login Items.

   To close your account instead

   Uninstalling does not close your account. Ask for deletion from your account page on app.sendtoshop.com; we delete it within 30 days.
