The customer page never shows technical errors. Each message below tells the customer what to do, and here is what it means for you.

“This shop isn’t receiving files right now”
On the Free plan, your shop has had its 30 orders for this month. Choose a plan in Billing to keep receiving. On a paid plan, email us.

“We can’t reach SendToShop”
The phone has no signal. It pauses and carries on by itself when the signal returns, as long as the page stays open.

“This shop is very busy right now”
Too many orders were started in one minute. Asking the customer to wait a minute and try again is enough.

“This link isn’t working”
The QR is from an old or mistyped link. Print your current QR from QR & standee.
